Established in 2021, Pacific Flame Island Grill is a Hawaiian & Pacific Islander owned food truck serving Island BBQ, a tribute to the flavors we grew up with. Our roots stretch from the lush lands and shores of Keanae and Hana, Maui, to Guam, the Philippines, and Okinawa. After our father retired from the military, our family settled on the mainland and now share our culture through authentic Island BBQ.
