POP-UP VENDOR
Pacific Flame: Pop-Up Edition! Portable, flexible, and just as delicious. Our team can set up a pop-up vending or outdoor catering station in almost any space to serve or sell the event menu.
Setup: Compact 10'x10' canopy & team member food service station.
On-Site: Prepared food service or live grilling (case-by-case).
Requirement: Deposit required for catering or vendor minimum sales guarantee (A vendor minimum sales guarantee is an agreement where the event organizer commits to a minimum revenue amount. If sales fall below this amount, the organizer pays the difference).

We are incredibly grateful for all the locals that have kept our only food truck busier than ever! To ensure we remain reliable for our daily customers and delivery partners, we are not able to take our main food truck off-site at this time. However, we are hoping to 1 day save up for a dedicated event truck! In the meantime, we would love to bring Pacific Flame's ono grindz to you with our Pop-Up Vendor option.
